The NSPOC (North Shore Premier Operating Committee), Club Presidents, and NSYSA have finalized and ratified the new Rules and Regulations for the NSPPP.

Please read this NSPPP Privacy Policy carefully. It is designed to inform you of the personal information we collect and how we use this information.

Information Collection:

We collect non-public player and parent information to facilitate registration in various soccer related activities. Examples of this non-public personal information include:
  • Player name, birthday, address, phone number, email and other personal player information.
  • Parent / Guardian names, address, phone number, email and other personal information.
In some cases, we may also receive and collect information about players and parents from others. For example, BCYSS League disciplinary matters or other matters referred to our Committee by non-affiliated parties.

Information Protection:
We only grant access to non-public personal information about you to our employees and service providers so that they can administer our soccer related activities. We require that your information remain confidential. In addition, we maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to guard your personal information. We will not disclose any non-public information about you except as required by law, as described in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise communicated to you.

Information Sharing With Non-Affiliated Third Parties:

We share some of the information we collect, as described above, with non-affiliated third parties. Such parties include, NSYSA, BCSA, BCYSSL and their officials to allow participation in their soccer activities. Additional third parties may include local governmental authorities whose access to our players’ personal information may enable us to obtain access to recreational facilities for the purposes of soccer activities. Except for such purposes and as required to allow you to participate in soccer activities we will not share personal information with non-affiliated third parties without prior notice to you.
